TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS BEFORE AGREEING

1. Payment can be done in two ways:
a. Full Payment upfront
b. Half payment upfront, pay the other half of the payment after clean sketch is approved.
Clean sketch will only be worked on after payment is received.2.Work time ranges around 1 week to 1 month depending on how busy and big the commission is made.
3. Maximum revision (full pose change after clean sketch is made) is two times. After that, additional price is charged on the third revision.3. Major changes such as **pose, character, background or entirely different outfit design ** will have additional price.4. Minor changes such as outfit colour fixes, additional minor details such as sunglasses is not charged.5. There is very rough composition sketch before or after payment if client is unsure on what pose that they want for the work.6. Commission is for personal use. Commercial use such as merch costs $20.
7. There is no refund after clean sketch is made and finished work, so please decide wisely. if the rough colored sketch is not sent in 7 days after payment, it is permitted for refund.
8. If the invoice is not paid after 10 days, it will be automatically be cancelled.

1. PSD FILES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ONE YEAR AFTER COMPLETION OF THE WORK.
2.PNG FILES ARE AVAILABLE AS LONG THE FILE IS STILL IN THE DRIVE.
